The Process

The process takes place in 2 steps , In webflow - Store the dynamic data in the hidden input and  google calendar link is generated, and in Zapier - it Collect the form data and then Populate the form data to the email. In this set up we have dynamic webinar content along  with a registration form, and upon registration we sent automated emails  with Zapier which includes webinar details and meeting link along with google calendar Invite.  The system is versatile and can be used for various purposes, including online coaching and discovery calls. We’ve also provided a script with allows you to generate google calendar link directly from your webflow cms.

Build the Form in webflow and add some hidden input field

The first step is in webflow to Store the dynamic data in the hidden input and  google calendar link is generated. This is important because we have to sent the data to zapier. Following this, a link to Google Calendar is generated. By using the provided script (code can be found in the page settings)
